Bladder Infusion: In a bladder infusion, sterile saline is instilled into the bladder through a catheter previously used to drain it. 
Scrotal Infusion: In a scrotal infusion, sterile saline is instilled into the scrotum, puncturing it with a needle then using an IV Catheter.  There is no way to drain the scrotum,  your body will  absorb it in one to three days depending on the amount used.

Since I have to buy sterile saline, tubing. catheters and needles from a medical supplier, the session is $50 extra.
